Day 01 Arrive Delhi
Arrive in Delhi, the capital city of India. After
completing formalities with customs and immigration, you
will be received by our representative with Traditional
Indian Welcome (with garlands).
Delhi is the capital of India since old times. Delhi's
history dates back to the first millenium BC, when it
was known as Indraprastha. The Tomar Rajputs built Lal
Kot, the core of the first of Delhi's seven cities. It
is the epicenter of the nation's politics, economy and
culture. History is alive and throbbing in Delhi, the
capital of India.

Afterwards transfer to your hotel for the overnight
stay.
Day 02 In Delhi
This morning embark on the combined sightseeing tour of
Old and New Delhi. In Old Delhi visit Red Fort see the
halls of public and private audiences, Jama Masjid the
largest mosque in Asia which forms a hub, drive past
Chandni Chowk and visit Raj Ghat -the cremation site of
Mahatma Gandhi.
In New Delhi visit Qutab Minar - 234 feet high tower,
nearby stands the Iron Pillar, the Tomb of Mughal
Emperor Humayun, the modern Hindu temple( Birla Mandir).
Drive past India Gate (war memorial), Presidents House,
which was once the Viceroys Palace. Parliament House
and Secretarial Buildings.
Afternoon visit some of our internationally acclaimed
boutiques: Ravissent Obsession etc, known for their
varieties of Indian fabrics and dresses. Also browse
through main shopping markets mainly catering to the
needs of handicrafts lovers.
Return to the hotel after the sightseeing.

Day 03 Delhi Agra By Road
( Approx 210 Kms 04 Hours )
Breakfast in the hotel. This morning depart for Agra -
famous for the timeless beauty of Taj Radiant at noon
and Amber at dusk. Enroute visit Akbars Mausoleum at
Sikandra, which is a fusion of Hindu and Muslim
architecture, like the emperor himself. characterised
the era. Continue your journey to Agra.
Upon arrival check in at hotel.
Afternoon visit the world famous TAJ MAHAL, built by
emperor Shah Jehan, a greatest tribute to his beloved
queen Mumtaz Mahal. Mark Twain said of this monument
You cannot keep your emotions within bounds, when that
soaring bubble of marble breaks upon your view. Taj
Mahal is like a silent rhapsody that you will carry in
your heart. Also visit Agra Fort an impressive cluster
of palaces fortress and mosques on the banks of river
Yamuna across the Taj Mahal. Later visit the Marble and
handicrafts emporium, specialty of Agra. It is also
famous for leather products such as shoes, bags, belts
etc. Visit some of the emporiums and browse through the
local bazaar.

Day 04 Agra Jaipur By
Road ( Approx 255 Kms 06 Hours )
Breakfast in the hotel. This morning depart for Jaipur.
Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri, it is a perfect preserved
city built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 as his capital.
Visit the graceful buildings within the former city like
Diwane-e-aam and Dewan-e-khas (halls of public and
private audience), Jama Masjid, Panch Mahal and Tomb of
Salim Chisti. Thereafter continue your journey to Jaipur.
Upon arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon city
sightseeing of Jaipur visiting the Maharajas City
Palace which now houses a museum containing rare
manuscripts, fine specimens of Rajput and Mughal
paintings and weapons, visit the observatory and drive
past Hawa Mahal the Palace of Winds and through the pink
rose residential and business areas.

Day 05 Jaipur- Delhi By
Road ( Approx 260 Kms 06 Hours )
Breakfast at the hotel. This morning embark on the
sightseeing trip of Amer Fort
Amber Fort. You ride up to the ramp of this 11th century
Bastion atop a gaily decorated elephant. Thereafter,
proceed for Sanganer to see how the paper is made by
hand and also see the hand block printing of fabrics.
Later visit an ethnic jewellery emporium for precious
and semi precious stones. Afternoon drive back to Delhi.
Arrive and check in at hotel.

Day 06 In Delhi
Breakfast in the hotel. This morning embark on the
shopping spree in the city
Visit Janpath, well known shopping areas where a wide
variety of cotton both party and casual wears are
available. Later visit Tribhuvan Das Zaveri, a classy
show room for best quality of jewellery. A short
distance from Janpath, you can also visit a row of
Government emporiums, where all kinds of handicrafts
typical of Indias 25 states can be seen. Also visit the
Hauz Khas Village and ethnicity is the keynote in the
decor and products. Also visit an exquisite designer
leather showroom of Rasulbhai Adamji and Co. where the
names of dior and Cartier grace the collection.

Day 07 Delhi Bangalore (
Flight )
This morning assisted in the transfer to the domestic
airport to board the flight for Bangalore. On arrival
received at the airport and assisted in the transfer to
the hotel.
Afternoon city tour visiting Cubbon Park, which is a
huge tree-studded lawn, spread over 300 acres with a
number of public buildings gracing its boundaries.
Located at one end of the park is the magnificent Vidhan
Soudha built after independence, stands out by imposing
Lal Bagh, laid some 200 years back, the gardens are
spread over 240 acres and have a 1000 varieties of trees
and plants. A Glass House built on the lines of the
crystal Palace of London, is the venue of lower shows.
Visit the Bull Temple built in Dravidian style of
architecture. It is huge Nandi Bull carved out of a
single grey granite. Visit Kids Kemp on M.G. Road, one
of the Asias Largest fashion store & the main shopping
market. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08 Bangalore Mysore
By Road ( Approx 150 Kms / 03 Hours)

Breakfast in the hotel. This morning depart for Mysore,
enroute visit Srirangapatnam. Thereafter, proceed for
Mysore. Arrive and check in at hotel.
Afternoon city tour visiting the Maharajas Palace,
which is truly regal in its dimensions and elegance. The
Palace was built in 1907. Visit the Jayachamrajendra Art
Gallery, Chamundi Hill which is 13 kms from Mysore and
has a Chamundeswari Temple onmits top. On the way to the
temple there is a giant Nandi Bull, carved out of a
single black stone. Mysore is known for Silk and
Sandalwood. Visit handicraft emporium.

Day 09 Mysore Chennai By
Train
Breakfast in the hotel. This morning explore the city on
your own.
In time transfer to the Railway station to board the
train Shatabdi Express for Madras.
Depart Mysore at 1415 hrs Arrive Madras at 2220 hrs . On
arrival in Chennai, received and assisted at the Railway
Station for the transfer to the hotel.
Day 10 In Chennai
Breakfast in the hotel. This morning embark on the city
sightseeing trip where you would visit the Fort of St.
George, built by the East India Company in 1640 A.D.,
St. Marys church within the fort is believed to be the
oldest Anglican church in the East. Visit the High court
buildings put up in 1861 are of interest for their Indo-sarcenic
architecture. The Kapaleeshwara Temple is at Mylapore,
4.8 kms from the city centre. This is an ancient Shiva
temple built in the Dravidian style. Visit the San Thome
Cathedral and Marina Beach.
Afternoon visit Moore market. Burma Bazaar., Victoria
Technical Institute and Poompuhar, the Government
handicraft emporium has articles of sandal wood, paper
mache and bronze, both these are on the mount road.

Day 11 In Chennai
Breakfast in the hotel. This morning. Embark on the
excursion to Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram.
Mahabalipuram - famous for the seven pagodas. Here on
the seashore is an interesting group of Dravidian style
of architecture. The sculptors are more than 1200 years
old. There are five chariots cut tour of rock in
individual pieces and carved out intricately. See the
worlds largest and tiniest stone Bas relief 27 meters
long and 9 meters wide depicting Arjunas penance.
Kanchipuram known as the golden city of a thousand
temples speaks of the gorgeous Dravidian heritage. These
temples provide an opportunity to study the temple
architecture in south India.
Kanchipuram is known for silk. Visit Silk and handicraft
emporium.
Return to Chennai.

Day 12 Chennai - Overseas (
Flight )
Today early morning assisted in your departure to the
international airport in time to board the flight for
onward destination.
